  Order of Priority in Freedom

As the Christian is to the Bible, the Jew is to the Torah, the Buddhist is to the Three Jewels, the Hindu is to the Vedas, and the Muslim is to the Quran, so too is an elected member of the United States Government to Our Written Constitution, behold:

“It seems to have been imagined by some that returning to the mass of the people was degrading the magistrate. This he though was contrary to republican principles. In free Governments the rulers are the servants, and the people their superiors & sovereigns. For the former therefor to return among the latter was not to degrade but to promote them--and it would be imposing an unreasonable burden on them, to keep them always in a State of servitude, and not allow them to become again one of the Masters.”--Benjamin Franklin, Remarks in Framing Convention, 1787 as summarized by Madison in his record, emphasis per original.

As those of Faith clothe themselves with the cloak of their Faith, entering the office of their Divinity as servant, so too does the politician enter the office of their title in government as a ruler according to limited powers in servitude to We The People.

To aid in understanding the import of this certainty to the Founding Generation of America, the commitment of the signers of the unanimous Declaration of Independence, July 4th, 1776 to the principles therein, and embodied by Our Written Constitution:

“And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.”

Those who were involved in Founding the United States of America accepted their role as steward, as trustee of the Will Of The People, the only asset in the Public Trust--that they are a Minister of their Faith in self-government, where the People are Sovereign--chose to make available all their earthly possessions and all they esteem in protecting the notion that man is not of the order of the jungle, but, of the order of a sentient being. Few realize, it appears, that this very character of Our Founders is what led to this Declaration and that the Declaration ended the first order of slavery, known under the misnomers of “peasantry,” “commoner,” and “subject,” terms only akin to “tyranny,” “oppression,” and “despotic rule,” where the people are merely chattel possessions of the State. The body of the Declaration’s grievances most eloquently sets forth the variety oppressive acts of the King and Parliament after a preamble no less Divinely Inspired than this closing Apostolic pledge of the 56 signers and all who would stand with them.

Today the people of this nation, most of them of some level of Faith, even the application of Atheism as a form of “religion” (in perfect irony), realize that Government is made up of people, for certain, but, that these people voluntarily place themselves beneath their American common station of Sovereign when in political office.

And the logic behind this is that we who emulate God do not see God playing politics, do not see God as a great Master of “corruption,” referred to under another misnomer, “patronage.”

Instead we see authority vested according to one’s way of being, way of life, way of leading themselves, and whether this comports with the intention of Our Founders in establishing a government for all people to be free, a government beneath the people to assure the security of their unalienable rights from God, whether God is accepted as the logics of the Atheist or the “Creator” according to those of an active Theism.

The Dark Ages or Age of Darkness, where the opportunity to question the existence of God, let alone derive a conclusion, was denied the “common man” on the idea that they must be led by a ruler, was overruled by the Age of Enlightenment that concluded man, every man, every person, is sentient on their own terms, in their own right. Yet it was around 300 years later the legally defined meaning of “slavery” at the time, in relation to slave trade with Africa that had been carried out primarily to not insult African Tribal Customs used to remove their malcontents, is abolished in England (1833).

This act however was no act of benevolence toward mankind. This abolition of slavery is the Parliament’s response by democracy type of government (omnipotent rule) to a simple act of American Origins: the unanimous Declaration of Independence, where those who were part of the outcast class and the commoners willing to become bond servants to come to America (another form of slavery), took these lands for themselves, lands that European Feuds and their Monarchs had been making claims on, and fighting battles over, since 1492.

The only way England, and the rest of the Feuds, could reclaim their empire from the mass exodus of people to America who were sick and tired of being treated as chattle property of the King, or subjects of a noble class in power by Parliamentary Democracy, is to get the international upper hand on what nation appears to offer the most freedom by abolishing slavery, while dividing America (i.e. one cause of the Civil War).

This a lesson on patronage as well, as the King and Parliament were also appeasing the British Church’s call for the end of slavery, a Church where the King had mandated worship, and which led to the Pilgrims fleeing to Holland before coming to America, to worship as they wish.

Yet, America’s “leaders,” who Franklin above more properly defined as “rulers” who are “the servants, and the people their superiors & sovereigns,” appear to have absolutely no idea of any of this history, of any of this modeling of our Government and their holding an office, in like manner to how one of Faith holds their office in servitude before God as Our Sovereign.

It is in this very lack of their capacity in humility, of their station as a ruler appointed by We The People to act as our servant and nothing more, that this Government has set aside Our Will in exchange for government education to the contrary that empowers such government through causing intentional ignorance and civic naiveté. A perfect example is framing the “Bill of Rights” as a document decreeing “rights” the people get from the Constitution, subject to the Government’s interpretation of the meaning of these “privileges” today (e.g. Mark Fuhrman in OJ trial, “I wish to assert my Fifth Amendment Privilege.”).

We are no longer taught the truth of Our Written Constitution which is the very reason America is a Republic type of government, so strongly so, it is of note that Thomas Jefferson, the author of the unanimous Declaration of Independence, Founded the republican party.

Our written Constitution, that is the work of the People alone, subject to Our Amendment for Our Will and Purposes alone, and belonging to no one else, is no longer taught for its intention, purpose and well thought out meaning according to it’s drafters who are Our Founders. Instead, in the interest of convenience and expediency, we, through a variety of collective organizations influencing education have unwittingly cast aside Our Founders’ written legacy, Our Written Constitution, and denied ourselves the role of their “Posterity.” We’ve failed to hold the Government instituted by that very Written Constitution to act according to Our Founders’ formulation of a means to achieve a republic versus a democracy. We’ve alienated Our Founders and their decades of deliberation to devise a method of government to achieve as close a freedom as one can have in Anarchy, while having an orderly society, yet also without the evasion of oppression by government as an incentive for one’s action as absolutely necessary to the primary intention to protect the smallest minority, the minority of 1, the individual. This is the absolute intention of Our Written Constitution, to assure Our Government has a persistent and unalienable duty to assure the individual is always as secure, as the body of the majority, in their unalienable rights, and not by imposing laws but seeing the law as too easily manipulated by a majority as an instrument of injury and damage to trespass and deny an individual their unalienable rights. Only then will the value of the Constitution be understood by Government.

Our failures are because we do not relate and recognize Our Written Constitution is, to Government and those in it, identical to God writing His Will in our hearts--We Wrote Our Will on the Heart of Our Government. We wrote a Constitution whose statement of Our Will is to be embedded in the minds of those placed in office as their one and only special interest that shall not be violated. Blasphemers of the highest order are the political elite we have today, as we continue to elect Barabbas to sit in their patronage created seats of power in Washington D.C., power that belongs to you, me, and every other American according to the Foundation and structure of America.

The unanimous Declaration of Independence, written Constitution for the United States of America, and 12 proposed Amendments known as the Bill of Rights, belong to We The People. These are statements of Our Liberties deriving from God and, thereby, being above even the questioning of any government; that the justness of powers is derived by the use of these powers to secure the unalienable rights of the individual; that this is the only legitimate purpose of government; that we devised a Written Constitution stating Our Government’s limits with an express re-statement of those things government shall not violate period. Yet all of these are violated by the mere idea of national Government holding any direct power over our individual lives, let alone the variety of patronage means.

It is time we Minister to Our Government, Our Creation according to Our Will.

Amendment of the Constitution to limit the national government even further, and re-establish State Sovereignty is in order. To those who see a mass dramatic event at hand, I submit again, it is Our Constitution, and we can amend Article V with one simple statement in the Amendment “Article V is Amended hereby upon adoption by Constitutional Convention held, and ratification in 3/4s of the States.” We can preamble the amendment with explanation of “the oppressive nature of the national government having become its only nature.” It is time we made religious zealots of these who do not act according to their Bible of Authority and management of power, that we the Sovereign People created to guide them, Our Constitution. This is their mandatory non-discretionary duty if they wish to hold any office entrusted with our delegated powers pursuant to Our Constitution.

Let us all hold to our sincerely held religious beliefs and, where “Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed” (emphasis mine) we take the term “just powers” seriously, and hold Our Government to the role we gave it with revocable powers, by Amendment to the Constitution, to achieve Our Goals.
