Murders and Mayhem in the
Racially-Divided Land of South Africa

How would you like to be sitting down with your coffee at
morning's dawn, peeking at the shadow line of the
trees in your backyard, as the house cat 'Pearly' seems a little reluctant to
come out from under the couch for some reason when you open the paper and start
to read this:
"2010-06-02 MEYERTON, VEREENIGING ---Two teenage
girls were gang-raped by the four black men who had first shot dead their
father execution-style on their Meyerton smallholding
on Friday-evening, May 28 2010. André Damons and
Sonja van Buul of Beeld reported that police
arrested four Mozambiquan citizens within just hours
of the gruesome murder and gang-rapes. The unnamed murder victim apparently
originally hails from Kuruman in the Northern
Cape. He was attacked about 10pm at his smallholding at Boltan World, Meyerton on Friday.
Robbed: a tv-set and a radio, which were found back

* The Collapse Of Law In A
Nation
Over 3,700 small landholders (living in the suburbs) have
been killed since 1994 to November 4, 2010, according to Censorbugbear
Reports which, like the indelible record of the Holocaust, keeps track of all
names, identities, manner of execution, ages, and limited history of the
victims. In South Africa where 'white farmer genocide' is commonplace, the
African National Congress, party of the black Africans, is
exclusively-empowered during this long-tenure of 'corruption, poor governance,
and divisional-segregational politics' to allow the
theme of a 'Black Volkgeist' to take over creating a
system of racial prejudicial injustice built on autonomous mandates bent on
destroying the democratic constitution of South Africa. They do it using their
governing body and Jacob Zuma, its president, as
their legitimate, UN-endorsed 'front', while dealing with the white population
citizenry of SA as 'an incurable ailment of corrupted blood, a curse in the
heart of black Africa, which it must suffer to finally be rid of'.
South Africa is "theater of the absurd" as major
tribal factions compete for power and each eagerly convinces the world richest
nations to invest in their largely (68% of the population)
entitlement-subsidized economy. There are legions of corrupt officials and Kafkian levels of bureaucratic bribes and graft at all
levels, where the poor-middle class black and white citizenry view the
spectacle of corruption helplessly, and the actor-politicians on-stage imbibe
in lucrative individualism or tribal coalescence for untold personal profit,
i.e. Julius Malema... who was "side-lined"
in a recent disciplinary (11/9/11) ANC party hearing, which may prove to be 'a
meaningless act on a fake stage of props and more props'. The imperturbable
calm of the United Nations and its pretense of ignorance to the rising wave of
genocide in SA should leave you speechless!
As one black supporter of Julius Malema
said (11/9/11) for News 24-South Africa: "The rot is still at the helm of
the ANC and Malema's *departure (*with a 5-year
suspension from the Party, which he will appeal) won't change anything. The
most corrupt masters of corruption are still there and one of the reasons they
ousted 'Juju-Malema' was so their corrupt ways will
be secretly sidelined."
And as one white South African responded to the recent
suspension with pay of Julius Malema, SA-Parliamentarian
Youth Leader, who encouraged black gangs to kill whites in his country: "I
mean we are not meant to be all equal according to the ANC Constitution."
Over a million whites have emigrated from South Africa since
'94, like the German Jews, who wisely left before the full-rise and evil
mastery of Hitler in the mid-1930-ties of Nazi Germany. They didn't want to be
there to witness the 'Bethlehem' of war, hatred, annihilation and destruction
coming to their land in slow, steady, furious assaults of racism. The
numerically weak white farmers are seen in their weakness, cowardice and
irresolution by the ANC. Humanitarianism, pacifism (the springboard nation
where Gandhi began his militancy) and nonresistance to evil are herded into
'dead space paralysis' and achieve nothing where "force and power are
becoming -as they did in Hitler's time- the determining factors". The intimate
fellowship of life and liberty is being destroyed in South Africa by 'the
stronger who has the right to carry out what he wills', and like the Third
Reich, it is being carried through "by the insistence upon race that
debilitates the encircled minority, blow by blow, until its resistance is
crushed". Race and class warfare are behind the misfortune and atrocities
reported here by a brigand government in control of a steady expansion to
destroy its own 'conquered minority' people.

1/17/2006 - Dordrecht - "A farmer's wife who was going
to start a fresh life with her husband in Montagu in the Little Karoo has been
denied her wish - she was shot dead on their farm near here.
Police found the naked body of Jenny Thornton, 55, on the
dining-room floor at Devon Bank farm on Tuesday morning. She had been shot in
the head and stomach.
She and her husband, Don, 58, who was in Bloemfontein on
business at the time of the murder, were about to settle in Montagu after
selling their farms in the Ida district.
They had lived on Devon Bank farm for 30 years.
Captain George Weideman of Indwe police said Thornton was apparently overpowered in
her garden about 19:00 on Monday after she had gone out to turn off the
irrigation.
""The television was still switched on when police
forced open the door on Tuesday morning. Her attackers apparently forced her
back into the house before killing her,"" said Weideman.
He said the safe was open, with the key still in the lock,
and the bedroom was in disarray.
It could not yet be determined what had been stolen from the
house. The robbers left in Thornton's car*...." (*the story continued to
say there was 1 suspect detained, and another running)
* 4,000 Murders For Reasons Of
Poverty, Inequalities, Racial Hatreds, Unemployment...
The list of reasons are endless...the diagnosis a class and
race warfare... but the 3,700+ murders of white, mixed race and even black
farmers-land owners is tied to an obsessive-compulsive pattern of the Zuma ANC government in SA to ignore the principles of
international law. We have in existence from the XXIII session of the UN
General Assembly adopted on November 26, 1968, a convention on the
NON-APPLICABILITY of statutory limitations to war crimes and CRIMES AGAINST
HUMANITY. Why hasn't the United Nations erupted with anger and stipulated that
South Africa enforce its legal constitution to defend the rights of minority
citizens? Does it fear the stigma of defending Boer rights? Does it willfully
exempt the perpetrators of these monstrous farm-crimes from punishment because
of the ANC's criminal aim to destroy white-minority justice?
There's no reason not to believe the ANC isn't sheltering
its 'member-war criminals' who perhaps, like Malema,
have led a pack of race-haters in the complicity of murders extending to Zuma's own presidency. If the ANC changes the laws to
shelter the actions of violent youth in the Youth League who are murdering
farmers, then they are surely minimizing the penalty for those caught and
maximizing the leniency applied in courtrooms by reducing the degrees of guilt
for murdering white farmers in their homes. Such practises
were conducted by the West German Republic judicial system after WWII in a
policy of obstructing the prosecution and punishment of Nazi war criminals.
The United Nations has been totally negligent in facing the
'unavoidable solution' in South Africa. They should have concluded by now that
the major foreign investors knew about the genocidal murders as they've
financed the Zuma-ANC government for years. China and
India particularly are therefore complicit in the background of business
transactions propping up South Africa, as were Krupp and Flick manufacturers
who kept Hitler in power. To divert attention away from themselves
neither foreign government has made any statement of the ANC's disciplinary
ruling that cleared Julius Malema of the charge of
"blatant racism". Neither nation has responded to the 134-page
verdict which included statements made by Malema,
such as: "The Afrikaners, and in particular the Boers/farmers have stolen
the land, and are therefore criminals, and they should be treated as
such."
In reaction to the ruling the Boere-Afrikaner
Volksraad Council (BANC) said (11/10/11) in The
Afrikaner Journal: "The ANC is furthermore fighting to LEGITIMIZE ITS USE
OF HATE SPEECH ("Kill The Boer" songs) in the SOUTH AFRICAN COURTS,
which further proves its intentions and the (hidden) reason for the
'not-guilty' verdict in the Malema disciplinary
inquiry." It should be noted here that the ANC found Malema
guilty on 2 counts: 1) the charge of bringing the ANC party itself into
disrepute, and 2) causing division. Minor counts! The muted message, said the
BANC, is that the black economic empowerment laws passed already will continue
to redistribute wealth, and the rule of economic dis-empowerment will "bar
qualified Boere-Afrikaners from the job market"
which has caused "severe, abject poverty among an estimated 800,000
Afrikaners".
Whose to
say the judges and prosecutors of South Africa aren't submerging evidence in
these racially-blood-stained criminal murder trials while ignoring
international law and their statutes without time-limitations for: "crimes
committed against entire peoples"? The principles of
individual criminal responsibility for crimes against humanity has been
firmly established since 1946 in the UN member-states General Assembly. Full
and partial (i.e. Malema's verdict) amnesty is
unconscionable in the prosecution of 'war criminals' acting internally in
genocidal homicide of a nation's populace, and international law obligates
every free nation to stand behind 60 years of unanimously-adopted resolutions
in the UN against "the permissibility of aggression" within a nation
by its ruling party government.
The South African ANC government must be stopped in its
tracks by the United Nations in 2012. It must not be allowed to corrupt its
courts or pass domestic legislation that releases it from its international
commitments to enforcing the principles of international law.
It must not allow hundreds of unsolved murders of white
farmers to be unrecognized as acts of genocide, or refuse to trace 'individual
criminal responsibility' for those murders back to its own ANC-membership. A membership -some of whom- have encouraged and incited criminals
with the blood of thousands already on their hands. The ultimate aim and
intent of this governing body must be exposed, purged, and cleansed of the
on-going crimes against humanity committed upon the people of South Africa.

– "Ann Jacoba Myburgh,
65, Dies Months 8 Months After Her Near-Death
Kidnapping Experience" -
The kidnappers of the late Mrs. Anna Jacoba
Myburgh, 65, who recently died from the after-effects
of a traumatic kidnapping during which she also was tortured with a hot iron,
shot and then left for dead with her daughter-in-law Hedri
on February 18, 2010 — deserve ‘worse than the death-sentence’, said her
widower Hans, 67, speaking at the trial of Daniel Motshwarateu,
23 and Helton Matsimela, 28. --PICTURE BELOW--
These two black
men, found guilty of the stated crimes by Bronkhorstspruit regional court
magistrate Magriet Cook, will be sentenced in
November, 2010.
Mrs. Myburgh, her daughter-in-law Edri
Myburgh, 28, and housekeeper Paulina Moyana were attacked inside their homestead, forced into a
vehicle, and driven around on the Spitskop/Sairta road between Bronkhorstspruit and Witbank.
Mrs. Myburgh senior was stabbed in the foot and also
extensively tortured with a hot iron before they were forced into the car.
Matshawarateu and Matsimela testified that Mrs Anna
Myburgh was shot behind the left ear and Mrs Edri Myburgh,
28, shot inside her mouth – and that the women were then left for dead on the
road: Edri was even driven over when the car rolled.
Both men have admitted to the various counts of torturing, kidnapping, and
shooting the Afrikaans women – but no explanations as to why they had done
this. Edri’s husband Henk,
32, also in court to hear the verdict, said the kidnapping left the entire
family having to deal with "permanent trauma".
“Every time we come and sit in the court-room, all the
old wounds are scratched open again. We as a family try to avoid it but it has
unfortunately become an an integral part of all our
lives.’ Edri Myburgh did
not attend the proceedings on Monday.
